Cinnamon Buns

Dough

4 dl flour

2 dl greek yogurt

1 tbsp maple syrup

50 g butter

- Mix ingredients and knead into a dough.


Filling

50 g butter (room temp)

1-2 tbsp cinnamon

1 dl sugar

1 tsp vanilla sugar

- Mix to a paste and spread over the rolled out dough. Cut the dough and roll them into buns. Brush them with a beaten egg, sprinkle with pearl sugar and put into the middle of a preheated oven (180 c) for 15-25 min or until golden.
