Scones for the perfect breakfast

4 dl flour
50 g butter, room temperatured
2 dl milk
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt

Optional: 1 handfull of roughly chopped almonds, 1 tsp cardamom, 1 tsp dried lavender

- Combine the ingredients by kneading everything into a dough. Roll into 5-8 buns. Put in preheated oven (250 c) for 8-12 min. Voilà!
