The Pecan Pie that will warm your 🤎
3 dl flour
125 g butter
1 dl powdered sugar
2 tbsp water
- Mix and knead the ingredients to form a dough. Press and spread the dough on your pie dish.

2 dl light syrup
2 eggs
A splash of vanilla extract
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp salt
200 g pecans
- Heat the butter in a sauce pan until golden. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract, vanilla sugar and salt and mix.
Add 2 dl light syrup and 2 eggs and stir, place on heat and continue stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat, add peans to the mixture and let cool a bit before pouring the mixture on to the pie crust.
Place in preheated oven (150 c) for 40 min and the last 5 min 160 c.
Serve with whipped cream <3
